Promoted due to department growth. Currently manage 5 direct employees and 10+ outsourcing employees. Implemented infrastructure for SAP system.  Recruit, hire, coach, and manage performance of a 10-person system and network administration staff supporting 500+ users in 25 locations (one of the largest in the corporation). Manage a $1 million (USD) operating budget. Ensure budgetary controls and quality/efficiency of system wide computer, networking (LAN/WAN), and telecommunications services.
